Innovator12 installed but eroor:500 occured

Hi, I installed Innovator12 in Windows server 16, I followed the custom installation process and installation is done but when i try to accces through mozilla firefox, Error: Cannot access OAuth Server due to 500 (Internal Server Error) occured. Previously, I have Innovator11 SP12 but i uninstalled due to curious about Innovator12. what can i do to resolve this issue.

        Thanks that worked... So, I assume that Aras really need both 32/64 bits .core installed to work. Maybe the documentation would bit one bit clearer and maybe have hyperlink to the actual needed file from microsoft :). Thanks again!

    Hi,

    I see you posted on the other thread about this same issue, but I wanted to leave a comment here for people who find this in the future. Aras Innovator 12.0 has new requirements from Aras Innovator 11.0. Please check Section 2.1.2 of the 12.0 Installation Guide and ensure you have all of the pre-requisite applications installed. 

    This particular issue seems to be most commonly associated with missing the ASP.NET Core/.NET Core Runtime and Hosting Bundle version 2.1.8.

      Sorry if i posted in other threads because sometimes i don't understand where to post. Thanks for your valuable suggestion, It worked.! perfect.! can i know what are package versions available for Innovator12 to install through Aras update.?

        Hi Ventkatsai,

        Not all applications have been released for 12.0 yet. To see which applications are currently available, you can either view the support matrix on the subscriber portal, or you can get that information from the aras update tool itself. When you're looking at online packages you will be able to see available versions. Any application which as a 12R1 version is compatible with 12.0.
