Multiple workflow tasks entries getting created?

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1GTZtasDNfS3FzN3WPgSvMQ9W-8atlCvf above link for workflow task activity Hi, Workflow task status is getting changed with multiple entries in MyInnovator>InBasket some times in a single entry the status is getting changed for all the completion of tasks. Actually in a single entry the status should be changed based on the task completion. this is the correct way. but multiple entries are getting created. This problem is happening and not for sometimes. Kindly click the link and look into the video to notice the problem and provide the way.

    Hi kvaskrishna, If you only want to see active activities in the InBasket, you can filter the grid results on the status field. Otherwise, I believe the behavior you are seeing is expected. You are voting on an active activity. When the vote completes, the activity is closed and the next activity becomes active. Eli
