Add Document

Sorry I didn't come back. Should be either an HTTP issue or for Sathishkumar it looks more like a vault install problem.

Na it was a https issue. Thanks though.   community.aras.com/.../

It may be a database write permission by a user. Please mention vault access on user option. Any try.

Hi... i just doing instructions mentioned below,

1. Document> Documents In TOC
2. Click New item to create a document.
3. I have entered all details about the document like document no, Name, Type and all those details.
4. In file Tab at bottom, click icon to add file.
5. Then clicking save & unlock & exit button.
6. It takes too much of time to adding a file. Finally it was not added simply get closed does not shows any error message.
7. I am using Aras 11 SP9 and Chrome 56.

I am new to Aras. I tried with super user, Admin and Users i have created but i can not add a file to the document. help me.  

Hi, Can you be more specific on the steps you are following? Did you get a warning message when logging in Aras telling you that your browser version would restrict your use of Aras? which version are you using? Can you check you vault address and make sure it can be reached by Aras Innovator server?
