Where to download AML Studio

I am learning AML development, in the training of textbooks on the following paragraph, but I still can not find the download location. "AML Studio To assist with creation of AML queries a tool is available for download from Aras.com on the Community Projects page."

I’m new to Aras PLM , now I am in trouble, when I am creating a new item or editing an item, I get the following error,

The translation is: "The resource you are looking for has been deleted, renamed or temporarily unavailable. "

In fact, the form can not be displayed.

I tried to re-install aras, but still invalid,

I’m running 11.0 SP9, and aras deployed on the cloud platform, Windows Server 2016 Datacenter , SQL Server2014

I have downloaded innovator admin tool. I am able to connect my development environment but unable to write query. it seems readonly editor. Please help me.
