Single sign-on to Aras Innovator using a proprietary authentication system
We have built a system that when you log in to a PC, that system can auto-login to multiple systems. We want to use our own authentication system to automatically log in to Aras Innovator. I would like some advice. ・Do you have any documentation that would be helpful? ・What information can I provide to get more detailed advice?
Customise ARAS Windows SignOn
Hi, Is it possible to customise single signOn? While Loggin in My windows user is something "7670" i.e Employee#, while in ARAS I have user login called "BAKH" for instance, is it possible if i login with "7670" as a single singOn then it should look into some specified field having value i.e. (Employee#) and login for BAKH? Authentication Failed when Aras is left Idle
We are using windows authentication, which works just fine initially and as long as we are using Aras throughout the day. However, when we leave it open overnight or leave the window idle, we get the following 'Authentication failed'. Is anyone else seeing this behavior? Has anyone been able to find a fix for this issue? The following popup comes up after some time of inactivity. Then, I click on ‘Login Again’, which brings up the following popup. I then change ‘Login With’ to Windows Then Click Continue and I’m logged back in. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adam
