You mean from the "certmgr" ? if so, where should I give the permission on ?
or should I create users "Innovator" (DB Owner) and "Innovator_regular" (DB Client) into SQL logins and give them permissions from the SQL Management Studio ?

I'm not sure of "where to look at..." 😅
