To configure SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to use HTTPS in Innovator Release 2023, you can follow these steps:

Open the Reporting Services Configuration Manager on your SQL Server.
Click on the "Web Service URL" tab.
Click the "Advanced" button.
Add an SSL certificate for your website.
Change the "SecureConnectionLevel" value to "2" to enforce HTTPS.
Click "Apply" and restart the SQL Server Reporting Services.
Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to access SSRS via HTTPS in Innovator Release 2023.
