Good day all. I am on v11 SP10, and the previous caretakers of the system did not use the OOTB ItemTypes.
I would like to build a Query Definition to find Illustrations that are associated with a manual. All of the document ItemTypes are part of an All Documents Poly Source. The Illustrations are associated to All Documents, not the Manual ItemType. Is it possible to do this or will I have to do something else?

In your version PolyItems are not supported yet. But you can hack them into the query! I remember that I did it successfully in the past. In your Query definition you have to unhide some of the relationship tabs. Than you can manipulate the query directly.
Thanks for this information. I unhide the tabs. So far, my guess would be to add a second Context Item Type. I imagine that I would have to create a second Reference Child Item to do that. Any insight would be great. Thank you.
You have to add your PolyItem to qry_QueryItem and link it in qry_QueryReference.
