I don't know of any way to directly link to a specific grid or TOC category in Aras, but it is possible to link to an item instance. This KnowledgeBase article shows how to do it in a Workflow or LifeCycle notification email: http://community.aras.com/en/knowledgebase/email-message-item-hyperlink/
Here's the general syntax:
