How to import excel file in the front end

Somehow I had to do something like this to export from ExtJS to Excel. I note right away that I have the most superficial relation to JS / PHP /
And exportToExcel.php itself was as simple as possible and used the ready-made PHPExcel library.
Perhaps this method will suit someone.
