How to add markup function to ECR ?

I'm trying to make bom-markup function (like impact matrix+ Redline Mode) for ECR .
The goal is let approver clearly to know what will be change in the BOM , but this change is only markup ...

Hi,
have you played with the Express ECO ? you define change actions on the impact matrix. It doesn't change anything on the part bom and the part (and other managed items) as long as you don't validate the Express ECO workflow.
Play with it, look at the "just ask innovator" and it should do exactly what you are looking for !
