How can I get the IOM SDK 11.0?
I couldn't find IOM.dll file which is referenced in 11.0 of the Programmer's Guide.
"A .NET version of IOM.dll can be found in the \Utilities\Aras Innovator <Version> IOM
SDK\.NET directory on the CD ...

Do you have a different behavior if you debug or if you build? maybe the dll is not copied to the destination folder in this case?
Are you targeting a v11 ? try to compare with the project I mentionned
