Custom check Failed while update package
Hello,
I installed Aras from www.aras.com/.../ and also installed aras update for updating package. I wanted to add package in to system. It through error as "Custom check Failed".

Hello,
When we are trying to upgrade from Aras 12 SP9 to SP16 we are getting below error.
our error 2021-07-15 11:52:33,484 [ERROR] (5) - Aras.Tools.ArasUpdateCore.Implementations.Commands.CheckCompatibilityPackageCommand: Custom check failed.2021-07-15 11:52:33,487 [INFO ] (5) - Operation 'Install' failed
Could someone help.

Hi Pankaj,
did you solve the issue? I am getting the same error message as i am updating ARAS 12 SP9 to ARAS 12 SP18.
