Change CAD Structure to Float

Hi Nathan

I was not sure what behavior you want to set for CAD files and CAD Structure but you can set the behavior in two places. One in CAD Structure relationship and another one on the CAD Properties 

CAD Structure Relationship (Currently it is Hard Fixed)

CAD Item Type Native Files Property (Currently it is Float)

    Gopikrishnan,

    Good day.  Unfortunately I am still on v11 and don't have the option for the overall Hard-Fixed.  The related_id is set for float, but it acts like it is fixed.
