Workflow and ItemType

Yes you can !! Just do it !! You can have multiple default workflow, it is not an exclusive option it just means that they will be started with the item creation. (Can you share the use case?)

Yeah... For Example,,,, if i create a instance of part (BoM), it will flow over the two workflow.

1. BoM reviewed by designers (Actors and Activity).
2. Bom reviewed by manufacturers (Actors and Activity).

And one more question. Can i define parallel activity? for Ex. .................review 1 Submit >                     > Approve ................review 2 The two reviews are done parallel.  

Yeah you definitely don't need two workflows. You just need one with parallel activities. Yes you can do it. You need to have an automatic activity which goes to multiple path. (path must be default).

Hi Yoann Maingon.... Instead of making a parallel activity  can i make single activity and assignee as group of identity? If anyone in the group rejected means, after rectifying the mistake again submitted to all group members. Is it possible? Waiting for your reply.

Yes you can. You need to start doing it ! and stop wondering if you can do it ! ;) Look at the help "just ask innovator" it's all explained !
