Workflow and ItemType

Hi everyone, Can i trigger two workflow maps with one instance of ItemType? Can i use same ItemType with two different workflow map? These two question almost similar... Thank you.

Yeah... For Example,,,, if i create a instance of part (BoM), it will flow over the two workflow.
  1. BoM reviewed by designers (Actors and Activity).
  2. Bom reviewed by manufacturers (Actors and Activity).
And one more question. Can i define parallel activity? for Ex. .................review 1 Submit >                     > Approve ................review 2 The two reviews are done parallel.
