Feature licenses error when activate
We are using a stand-alone server currently until we get ARAS fully stood up, then we will go live. We received the feature license keys and went to activate feature key but we keep receiving the pictured error below. It also pops up upon entering our database. Has anyone seen the below error before?
Hide Classification Values (in the Classification Tree) based on Criteria
Hi All, Is there a good way to Hide some of the Classification/Type values from the select Classification Page , based on a specific criteria ? e.g. User ABC should only see Assembly and Component in the above page when creating a Part. Thanks and Regards, Shruti Suresh
Need to Hide few Columns in Part relationship BOM Tab
Hello Aras Experts, I have a business requirement related to the BOM (Bill of Materials) tab. In my current scenario, there is a need to hide specific columns, illustrated by the black-highlighted sections in the attached screenshot. Typically, to hide a column, one would navigate through ItemType -> Part -> Property -> and check the Hidden & Hidden2 values. However, in my case, these columns seem to be non-existent in this structure. I've also attempted to use JavaScript in the formload and formpopulated events to hide the columns, but unfortunately, this approach has not yielded the desired results. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidance you can provide to address this issue. columns to hide - Transgroup, smallest pack, product type etc ( highlighted below) Regards, S. I have a part which was in released state and revision A. After making some changes, it has moved to revision B and preliminary state. The assemblies related to the part show revision A. I want to revert the part to revision A with released state so that when I click on Views-->where used, I can see all the assemblies related to it. Hi, I'm facing new issue sharing the BOM with users. Users who has proper permission cannot see the part information as attached picture "Limited(Red)". Super user only can see the all item whether they are preliminary or released. Do you have any idea for this case? BR!Update Associated Assembly of a part automatically
When we update a part, for instance we change models, we want the same part in all the associated assemblies to be updated automatically. Current process • Look up part to be updated • Click on Views and select where used (this is the list of assemblies the part currently exists in) • Update any details impacted by the change (AML, AVL, and Goals), new part and price • After save, we must go into each assembly and review where used • Update by locking, saving and unlocking, then into each assembly here. We have to follow this process to update each assembly it touches until we get to the Building assembly as that is our very top. Instead of going to each assembly and updating the part, we want this to happen automatically.Error "automation server can't create object"

A user has mistakenly removed a part number that was previously in a "Released" state from an ECO and now the part has multiple generations in a preliminary state. I need to correct this issues so that all previous versions of this part # is attached to the ECO and that only the latest generation of the part # is in a released state. Can you please provide steps for a fix?
Set a customized user in workflow history
Hi, I want to set a specific user in workflow history report. Consider I've Part item which have 3 states A,B and C. Usually the signoff from B->C is done by X always but I want to set it to Z in workflow history report. Can I know how it is possible ? Thanks
