Resource with key="'login.version_html'" is not found

Hi, I have installed Aras 10 SP 9 on my Windows 10 box. However, when I try to open it I get the following error in Firefox: And in Chrome: i.e. it says: 
Resource with key="'login.login_btn_label'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml".Resource with key="'login.cancel_btn_label'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml".
Find the latest version of Aras Innovator

How do I solve this?

    Excuse me, I did of course intend to say Aras PLM version 11 (not 10).

    can you describe your configuration? IIS? ASP enabled? what is Windows 10 "Box"? is a professionnal version (I think family doesn't have IIS)

    Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have enabled both IIS and ASP.NET under "Turn Windows features on or off". The OS is Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.15063 Build 15063. It's my development machine (laptop).

    When I open "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml" in the browser and check the source code, it's just blank. Can that have something to do with it?

    The response when accessing the ui_resource.xml was just blank, and the response code 200. I then found this thread with a solution: stackoverflow.com/.../why-does-iis-return-empty-responses Basically, what you have to do is to enable Static Content in IIS: Furthermore, you must clear the browser's cache. Lastly, you might need to reboot the computer, but probably not.
