Resource with key="'login.version_html'" is not found

Hi, I have installed Aras 10 SP 9 on my Windows 10 box. However, when I try to open it I get the following error in Firefox: And in Chrome: i.e. it says: Resource with key="'login.login_...

The response when accessing the ui_resource.xml was just blank, and the response code 200. I then found this thread with a solution: stackoverflow.com/.../why-does-iis-return-empty-responses Basically, what you have to do is to enable Static Content in IIS: Furthermore, you must clear the browser's cache. Lastly, you might need to reboot the computer, but probably not.
