Having troubles installing PE, CE and RE

Hi

I get an error when installing PE, CE and RE update packages. PE says its an incompatible innovator, but am using the latest versions

    Hi Duncan,

    Which version of innovator are you using, and which versions of the applications are you trying to install?

        Hi Duncan,

        12.0 is only compatible with R1 of all the applications you've noted. If you'd like to use the latest versions of applications, you'll need to upgrade your environment to a more recent service pack.
