Having troubles installing PE, CE and RE

Hi I get an error when installing PE, CE and RE update packages. PE says its an incompatible innovator, but am using the latest versions Thanks

Hi Duncan,

Which version of innovator are you using, and which versions of the applications are you trying to install?

Aras Innovator Version 12.0  Build: 13341

CE 12.0R2

PE 12.0R3

RE 12.0R3

    Hi Duncan,

    12.0 is only compatible with R1 of all the applications you've noted. If you'd like to use the latest versions of applications, you'll need to upgrade your environment to a more recent service pack.

      Thanks, tried installing the SP 8 but get a runtime error 

      Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed.

        Do I need to request a license key for the service pack too?
