Error : Microsoft [ODBC SQL Server Driver]SSL Security Error
I am getting this error while ARAS installation, DB configuration. If anybody faced the same error or can provide a solution that will be helpful.

Yes! I've resolved this problem myself.
In this case, your database server is not selected in the pull down menu.
→(Local)\SQLEXPRESS is your database server name?
Server name is similar with server name which is selected when you start SQL server Management Studio.

I used the IP not the server name to connect, it can connected with sqlcmd successful, but not in the installation.
