Haven´t gone through your Stylesheet completely, XSLT reports are not my world. But your uniqueID are not unique.

uniqueID="ms_id92" appears multiple times. Maybe this is the reasons the 4 columns are connected?

    Thank you for catching that.  I did a bit of copy/paste & forgot to go back & check.  Now all of the Related info is crammed into the Related ID & Related Name section.  A little progress I guess.[emoticon:c28b2e4cc20f4ba28d1befdba6bed29c]
