Failed to compose adapter URI. Processing aborted!

I am getting this error for custom template while updating data. sometime its works also, Please can you help on this.

    Hi, Dayanand_Languti 👋 Can you provide a little more information about this error?

    • Are you using the Office Connector, or another kind of custom template?
    • Do you know if your environment uses a load balancer?

      Thanks for replaying me.

      Sorry to check your message after long time.

      Yes we have load balancer.

      I have created a ARAS method which updates data in one of the item template,

       when i run that function it works but locks some records not all.

      when i open same record (locked one) in item template view and click on update it through 

      Failed to compose adapter URI. Processing aborted!

      for not locked data it works fine.
