This is why Japan is living in 2050!
Hi community,
Aras is a multinational company. What I have heard over the years is that Aras Japan in particular does more of its own thing and is quite independent. That's probably true. Because they are so much better than our European and American friends!
Have you ever checked out the Japanese Aras blog? -> https://aras.com/ja-jp/blog
On the first glance it contains the same content than the regular English blog.
But the Japanese team does something super crazy: They inform us about new features in the software so we don´t have to dig through the documentation!
Some examples:
- https://aras.com/ja-jp/blog/aras-innovator-release-30
- ...
I especially like this article about reporting: https://aras.com/ja-jp/blog/aras-reporting
It explains the background why Aras introduced the new reporting service, demonstrates all the key features and how to use them and also tells us that it´s a new feature so don´t be disappointed when it´s not perfect from the start.
This blog article would have been the perfect answer to this subscriber question in the forum: link
For comparison: The official release notifications in the subscriber/partner portal look something like this: "Hello there is a new version! Here are the release notes. Best of luck figuring out what we had in mind!!![emoticon:aeb1fe145bb7437e869045ef4f6b7455]" **
**To be fair, I have to admit that the latest release notes are much more descriptive and understandable than they used to be.
Aras_Blog Currently the English content is being translated into Japanese. Can you do it the other way round? I was able to read and understand the Japanese content perfectly using the browser translator. However, I think this useful content from your colleagues is far too hidden!
