Submit > In Verification > Verified > Pending > Closed

I had understood the error....
Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘CONTROLLED_ITEMTYPE’, table ‘InnovatorSolutions.innovator.ACTIVITY_TEMPLATE_TRANSITION’; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
‘CONTROLLED_ITEMTYPE’ should not null.
How can i add value for the column?
