Hello Aras Experts,

I am working in upgradation process from R12 to R35. As I checked that Aras upgrade tool is working from R14++. Could anybody please help for any documentation and the steps need to be followed for...

    Hi Ananta, the Aras Update utility can be helpful for quickly upgrading within the same "major release" (like 12 SP16 to 12 SP18 or R14 to R35). However, it can't upgrade you from a v12 release to an R14 (or later) release due to the technical and architectural improvements in R14.

    Do you have an Aras subscription? If so, you can contact Aras Support or your account manager to discuss scheduling an upgrade project as part of your subscription benefits.
