File download error with message "user hasn't enough permissions for this file"

I upload a file to aras, when I want to open it, it show the "System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: User hasn't enough permissions for this file " the detail as below, but I search the file in...

Hi Tenny,

This typically happens when the Innovator app pool user (IIS_IUSRS by default) doesn't have permissions to write to the physical vault folder. Could you check the permissions on this folder, and ensure this user has both read and write access?
