Error: Failed to login in (Aras Innovator 14) cause by 502.3 - Bad Gateway
Hi community,
I have installed Aras Innovator 14 in my computer. And I have installed all .net application.
Using SQL Sever 2022, and create DB after installation.
When I access to http://localhost/InnovatorServer, it seems works well.
But when I input user: "admin", password: "innovator", and click Login button, it takes long time and return a error page as following:
I also check log in Event Viewer, it seems no error occured.
Does anyone know, what can cause this issue and how to solve it?

Sounds like missing C++ Redistributable. Your image only shows outdated stuff. I don´t see any version that is newer than 2013.

Error 502.3 is not explicitly mentioned in the video, but we have Error 502. I still use this guide for each modern Innovator installation. Here and there you need to use a different version of something, but the rest is the same.
Remarks: If you have SQL Server 2022, use SQL Server 2022.
