Hi,
While PM is available for the open relase of innovator, it does not come with the OOTB install. You'll need to install Aras Update, which you can find here. Once you've downloaded Aras Update, you'll need to download and install the PM application. Since you're using 12, make sure you select 12.0 R1 like in the screenshot below.
