Timestamp error after applying 11.0 SP10 patch

Looking for some help. I was following along with the instructions in the "Upgrade from Version 11.0 SP8 to Version 11.0 SP10" directions, and I got to the point where you copy the contents of the .zip over tot he innovator and vault folder, re-set IIS portion and I have run into an issue.   The application will no longer display a login, and any attempt to login to a db shown by the the "aras innovator solutionupgrade" (import.exe),  I am met with this error:   Login errors ****ErrorMessage**** faultstring: Failed login to Innovator; original error: SOAP-ENV:ServerThe type initializer for 'Aras.I18NUtils.TimeZoneInformation' threw an exception.The type initializer for 'Aras.I18NUtils.TimeZoneInformation' threw an exception. faultdetail:Failed login to Innovator; original error: SOAP-ENV:ServerThe type initializer for 'Aras.I18NUtils.TimeZoneInformation' threw an exception.The type initializer for 'Aras.I18NUtils.TimeZoneInformation' threw an exception. Unable to login. faultcode: -100 *******************     Any tips on what setting I should be looking to change? There was something about changing the time zone settings inside the aras application, but since it won't launch...

    Thanks for coming back with the reason of the trouble ! Lesson's learned "always check the .net Requirements !" (which is not always easy to do ! :) )

    Figured this one out.   Turns out the version of .net was way behind for this SP level.
