Timestamp error after applying 11.0 SP10 patch

Looking for some help. I was following along with the instructions in the "Upgrade from Version 11.0 SP8 to Version 11.0 SP10" directions, and I got to the point where you copy the contents of the .zi...

Thanks for coming back with the reason of the trouble ! Lesson's learned "always check the .net Requirements !" (which is not always easy to do ! :) )
