Exception of type 'Aras.Server.Core.InnovatorServerException' was thrown.

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }

We migrated Aras PLM to a new server and encountered the following error/exception message.
The server operating system is Windows Server 2025 Datacenter Azure Edition.

Is there any compatibility issue, or could this be caused by some other problem?Thank you!

    Hi smira! I have a few questions that may help us troubleshoot this issue:

    • Could you share the information that appears in the dialog when you click the "Details" button?
    • Does this error appear for every user and every workflow activity, or only some use cases?
    • Do you have any notifications, server methods, or lifecycle promotions configured on the current activity or target activity?
    • Do you have any pre or post methods configured on the selected path?
