Self Service Report - Only show most recent revision

Put together a self service report for an ItemType, and I would only like the data associated with the most recent revision of the Item to show up. Can someone help with that? Is it something I need to do to the LifeCycle or is that some filter I can put in the report?   Thanks!

    Hi shwnhlgn, You can add a filter on the is_current property to view data for only the current version of an item.
    1. In the Self Service Report editor, click the Filter tab.
    2. In the pane on the left side, select the ItemType you want to filter.
    3. Once you select the ItemType, you will see a list of properties populate below the data structure in the left pane. Select the is_current property and click the Add to Report button.
    4. Set the filter criteria for the is_current property to Equals.
    5. Set the filter value for the is_current property to 1.
    6. Select the Preview tab to confirm the report results.
    7. Be sure to save your report before closing the Self Service Report editor.

    oh thanks! Easy fix, forgot about the is_current field
