[ODBC SQL Server Driver] Login timeout expired. Issue during initial Setup.

Hi,

I'm trying to install Aras Innovator and create a new database along with it, but I keep getting the error [Microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server Driver] Login timeout expired.  I have already installed the SQL Server on my machine and am able to connect to it through SQL Server Management Studio.  However, each time I go to connect through the Innovator installer I get the error above.  I have tried reinstalling SQL Server, enabling TCP, and have enabled all IIS files needed for installing.  Any help would be appreciated.

    While installing ARAS innovator using msi file, try connecting to SQL server with Windows Authentication instead of sa password

      I've tried the sa password and the Windows Authentication and they both give me the same error.

    I am also facing the same essue. Kidly Please let us know how to resolve ?
