aras plm 11.0 -Authorization code verification failed(AP-00006...)

I migrated the system to a new server and can successfully log in to the migrated system.However,when adding a deliverable in Project Management task,the system  prompts"Authorization code verification failed(AP-00006...)"

We need everyone's help.How can this issue be resolved? Thank you !

    Hi smira! It looks like you're using a partner solution from Broadway Consulting. I'm not sure if this is a common solution or something they built custom for your company, but someone from their team should be able to help you troubleshoot this error.

    Is the new system still Innovator 11? Or did you made an upgrade?

    Check if you all server config files where customized correctly, including less known ones like Oauthserver/web.confall server configs correctly.

      Could it be a problem with the authorization code? All other functions work fine for us. Only when adding deliverables for the project task does it prompt "Authorization code verification is incorrect (AP-00006; pc20230608)".

        "Could it be a problem with the authorization code?" Yes definitely. But what kind of authorization code do they mean?

        I expected you to have trouble with the framework licenses. But you obviously are able to login, so I expect your framework license to be ok. I guess you reuse your existing license. Do you use the same MAC address?

        The only reference to some "authorization code" I know is to OAuth. Oauth errors can lead to "nothing work" to "something don´t work" which is more close to your error description. 

        Questions:

        - Which Innovator 11 version do you use? Early I11 doesn´t use real OAuth as far as I remember. "Newer" versions like 11SP15 use OAuth to some degree.

        - Which version of Project Management do you use? Was Project Management a Part of your Innovator 11 installation? In I11 the app wasn´t a standalone application yet. You might need some patches. Can you compare your codetree files to see if your original I11 had any patches that are missing in your new installation?

        - Do you get the same error when using a different browser? Early I11 was a bit browser pecky.

      I installed Innovator 11 on the new server, and then restored the original database and associated it with the new Innovator 11.
