Poly Item - The description is disappeared after clicked Save

Hi, everyone.

 

I created a poly item. It works fine so far, except when I choose a certain item type (in this case ItemType, List), after I click ‘Save’, the description disappears. So far, Form, RelType and Method are fine. Any idea on how to fix this?
