Hi , This error usually inidicates missing classification permissions. Could you please check the following?
- Open the Item classification permission applied to part under your created xclassification Tree.
- Under the Access tab, check the Identities grid (any group user belongs to).
- Ensure that the Can Classifiy checkbox is checked for an Identity that your logged-in user is a member of.
