What can I do with the License Manager?

does anybody know any further information regarding the license manager?
It´s the tool you can find at Innovator 11 Main page -> Tools -> Admin -> Licenses -> License Manager

Bumping this up from 3 years ago. Were you able to find answers, Angela? I too am curious about the License Manager.
We have some users consuming CAD connector licenses over night, and they are located on the other side of the globe!
Any insights, Community?
