Visual Collaboration Viewer

Hello, I tried to use visual collaboration. I uploaded the CAD file(catia, creo) into Innovator, but the Viewer(sidebar button) was not visible. It's the first time I tried to use this function, and I have subscription, but not sure how to configure it to get the Viewer. Should I install some component or check the file format? Thanks chenze

    Hi chenze, In addition to activating your feature license, you will need to also follow the steps in Section 2 of the Visual Collaboration Administrator Guide which you can find in the Documentation folder of the Aras Innovator CD Image. Chris

    Hi Chris, many thanks for the reply. Must "Windows Authentification" be firstly set up before I install PDF-Viewer for Visual Collaboration? Regards Chenze

    So what the formats can the viewer be compatible with? Only 3D model? or more...
