Understanding Express DCO and Can't Vote Final Review

Good day all,

We have been using custom change ItemTypes for years and I am trying to migrate us to Express DCO and Express ECO.  I am having a problem understanding how it is working and why I can't vote Approve in the Final Review activity.  I click on the Complete button, but nothing happens.  I can select Reject and it works.  Currently in the Change Control Board Identity I have CM and myself.  Neither one works for voting Approve.  Thanks for the help.

    Hi Nathan,

    have you seen the Aras Product Engineering manual that describes all the change processes? It should include the DCO.

    It sounds like there may be an issue with the permissions or configuration settings in Express DCO and Express ECO. Without more information, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem.

    However, one possible solution is to check the permissions assigned to the Change Control Board Identity and ensure that both CM and yourself have the appropriate permissions to vote Approve in the Final Review activity.

    Here is another possibility  that there may be a workflow or process that needs to be adjusted or configured in Express DCO and Express ECO to enable Approve votes in the Final Review activity.
