Hi Sai,
Our platform specification would tell you that we do not support Safari for the moment. We support Firefox and Chrome on Mac.
Can I edit it? "browser requirement check".
I constantly encountered this error despite using chrome or Edge on the iphone.
Help me.
Hi Henry,
The platform specifications Yoann linked to also list a requirement that client machines run the Windows 10 operating system. You will typically not be able to access the Aras Innovator client directly through your mobile device.
