This is something Aras currently has in development. We already have an internal prototype working, but there's no official date for when the final product is set to be released. We have customers as well as some internal teams heavily demanding this functionality, so we're trying not to keep people waiting too long. :)

Hello, if anybody is still interested in this topic: We got our local Aras Innovator developer environments running in Docker for some time now and it is working very well. I wrote a small blog post about this. It also includes a demo project I uploaded to GitHub so you can try Aras Innovator in Docker yourself and customize it to build your own development environments if needed. www.sebastianbeilmann.com/.../
