New Revision- Released State

Hello, Only the Assigned Creator can create New Revisions in a Document, in the Released State? Regards, Maria

    Yes and No ! If you talk about the action "Create New Revision" this is actually a shortcut provided to the assigned creator ,property "Owned_by_id". But in the CMII compliant process this new revision/release process should go through the workflow. In this case it will depend on your ECN or Express ECO configuration. There you can set who is in charge of starting a new revision. The Classic CMII process (PR-ECR-ECN) is quite well documented in "Just Ask Innovator"
