Is it possible to load a file from outside of Innovator
I am developing an application which add items from outside of Innovator, so is it possible to upload a file from outside application to aras innovator.

If you want to develop, yes you can. Aras has it's API to upload files.
But keep in mind
- If you are Aras subscriber, Just ask support about dataloader tool.
- If you have Aras partner in your country you can contact him and ask if he is already developed this kind of tool and can sell it to you
