- christopher_gillisCommunity ManagerHello, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue in an instance of 11.0 SP12 I was using. Could you click the "Show Details" button on the error message you're getting? That should tell you what item(s) are referencing the subclasses you want to delete. You may be running into a case where no current Documents reference that subclass, but an older generation of a Document does. You can try running an AML query like below to search on all generations of the Documents in your system for that subclass.
Chris<AML> <Item type="Document" action="get"> <classification>YOUR_SUBCLASS</classification> <generation condition="gt">1</generation> </Item> </AML>
Christopher Gillis Aras Labs Software Engineer - Former_MemberAccelerator IIITried the AML Search below, returns no results. There doesn't appear to be anything tied to this subclass. <classification>General</classification> <generation condition="gt">1</generation>
- christopher_gillisCommunity ManagerHello, There was a typo in the AML I proposed. The generation property should use the condition ge to get all generations greater than or equal to 1 instead of gt which will just get generations greater than one. Please try the updated AML below.
If there are still no documents returned from this query, could you let us know the error message you're receiving when trying to delete this classification? Chris<AML> <Item type="Document" action="get"> <classification>General</classification> <generation condition="ge">1</generation> </Item> </AML>
