How does display/enable the "Query Definitions" in the Admin-Configuration

how does one display /enable the Administration-Configuration Query Definition portion of the TOC? I can see this option in the Query Builder and Tree Grid demo series YouTube video, but not in my instance.

    It has been made available since Innovator 11 SP10 (not the open release) It will be available in the next open release.
