Hi Maddy, If you are using Windows 10 you can install IIS, SMTP and other features using the Windows Control Panel.
  1. Open up the Control Panel
  2. Navigate to Programs and Features
  3. Click Turn Windows features on or off
You can install IIS and the SMTP Server features there.
