File checkout (using fetchFileProperty & checkout) not working in custom user with custom identity. how to checkout file in for user not having administrator permissions ?

Hi Vaishalig,

I would check two things: 

1. Have you given your custom identity access permissions for File?

2. In the method you are writing, do you have "Execution allowed to" set to the custom identity and not administrators?
