Error while Vote in Express ECO
I faced two problems in Express ECO:
I have part which is in Released state, I added that part to Express ECO and change the "Item action" to "Revise", but while "Approve Plan" vote, I got error ...

Ok, then that's the reason. The Express ECO is processing a few lifecycle promotion on the Part. So, if it doesn't find the necessary lifecycle transition it doesn't work.
You either have to use the out of the box lifecycle for Part or you need to make sure that at least the right states and transitions are there.
